Talk the talk,
Walk the walk.
Fleshy suits;
Big speedy vehicles
Like get away cares;
Facade smile
Hiding cranky crooks
Tong tied by their own lies
Eyes run like deceitful spy.
Respectful in public (politics)
Baring bags:
Bags full of empty promises
Dirty roaches greedy for gold
Exploit the weak so they dig it
Then step on the ground proud
No wonder they inhabit holes;
When such depravity is found.

Your words invade my neurons, Your agonies radiate through my cells, Your bygone light glimmers through my eyes, Your blood flows along my veins, Your stories pervade my existence, Your names combine with mine To ascend the past And descend the future, To construct Time And construe Life. We are One by the thousands, My beloved foredads, My dearest foremums. Together we are Doom's archenemy. © Brigitte Poirson

Ballad Of Silence by Sihle Ntuli

Head spins on not so
Pressure plays on pressed buttons
Chorus of uncertainty left half unsung
String quartet violins intoxicate vocal cord to silence
Singing songs of the Undun
Under the chest heart sings of the red rose that gaps to the bridge
Petals dispersed and blown by winds
Slow sunset of sulking sorrows sit solemnly to sing silence
The calm before the sky gets violent
Lieing below heavens seeking truth
Humming to your self
With A ballad on your mind

I always believed in my ability
To soar in the midst of probability
I perceived beyond the ordinary
Impossibility was not in my dictionary
I trained harder every day
And never gave up any day
But i played second fiddle
And was nicknamed little feeble
For so long i was benched
But my zeal to play never quenched
I knew i was paying a price
That will some day earn me a prize
I vowed to never give up
Till i climb to the top
I prepared even more ahead of time
Awaiting my season to shine
Finally at... Continue reading ...
